Mango Bread Pudding without Baking

This delicious recipe of mango bread pudding is good news for those who do not want to use baking equipment. Ingredients:

6 Bread slices
3 ½ Cups milk
1/2 Cup condensed milk
1 Cup sugar
1 Tbsps. ground cinnamon
3 Tbsps. Butter
1 Mango
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Prep time: 15 minutes
Total time: 55 minutes
Servings: 8

 

Directions:

  1. Take a pan and add butter into it.
  2. Toast the bread slices one by one.
  3. Now cut the bread slices into small cubes.
  4. Whisk bread cubes in a serving dish and set it aside.
  5. Peel off the mango and cut it into small cubes.
  6. Now blend the mango in a blender.
  7. Add milk, condensed milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract and blend again.
  8. Whisk this mixture into the serving dish over the bread cubes and stir well.
  9. Place it into refrigerator for 40 minutes to cool.
  10. Serve once it is cold.
